I’ve seen this thing on and off in the parking lot a block from my place for years. Always cool to see, so I’m hoping it finds a good owner. For just $1800, it better.....original Vancouver car too, which is really cool. Desperately needs euro headlights though.

Nope....if it’s not too hard to swap them, it could be looking quite sharp with just those and the headlights swapped

I think it requires some grinding to remove the collapsible bumpers underneath.
Oddly enough, I find the phase II rear bumpers to look better on US spec cars:
They are slightly larger than the EU spec, and the skirt wraps around the corners (which must make the rust problems on the quarter panels worse)

Yes, the lights and bumpers are a pity.
Does Canada just follow all US car legislation rather than coming up with their own or allowing several varieties of foreign regs?

They pretty much just follow American rules, the only difference I can think of is when we required DRLs but the US didn’t
